Exchange policy

Exchange is applicable only on size & free only once within 3 days from the date of delivery. Any additional exchange on the same order will incur a ₹200 charge, and no Return/Refund will be accepted.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and in their original packaging & tags.

So, it is advised to make sure about size before purchase. For any size related query, you can contact us on-8354004137.

Exchange policy is not applicable on the items purchased with in any kind of SALE.

Return/Refund Policy

Items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags are eligible for return/refund within 3 days from the date of delivery. All refunds take up to 15 working days.

In case of a defect in the product, we would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures.
Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will process your request.
Return is applicable free only once at a time purchased product.
Reverse pickup is arranged by customer & have to ship the parcel to us at the following address: -
